Reconstitute with 1 ml of distilled water. After reconstitution, store product undiluted at 4°C in the dark. Once reconstituted, this product has a shelf life of approx. 18 months.
For FACS analysis, use 10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 1x10^6 cells in 100ul.
CD97 is a 75-85kDa monomeric glycoprotein that is present on the surface of most activated leucocytes. It is a receptor involved in both cell adhesion and signaling. CD97 is a member of the G protein coupled receptor family. It is expressed abundantly in cells of hematopoietic origin and is markedly upregulated on activated T and B cells. ESTs have been isolated from a wide variety of tissue libraries.
