CDK7 Antibody in Western Blot (WB) — Western Blot analysis of CDK7 was performed by separating 30 µg of various whole cell extracts by 10% SDS-PAGE. Proteins were transferred to a membrane and probed with a CDK7 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-85232) at a dilution of 1:500 and a HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody.

Target Information

The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the RecQ DEAH helicase family and interacts with the BRCT repeats of breast cancer, type 1 (BRCA1). The bound complex is important in the normal double-strand break repair function of breast cancer, type 1 (BRCA1). This gene may be a target of germline cancer-inducing mutations.
