CELF6 Antibody (CF811938) in WB
HEK293T cells were transfected with the pCMV6-ENTRY control (Left lane) or pCMV6-ENTRY CELF6 (RC205606, Right lane) cDNA for 48 hrs and lysed. Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (5 µg per lane) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-CELF6. Positive lysates LY409451 (100 µg) and LC409451 (20 µg) can be purchased separately from OriGene.

Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, we recommend adding 100 µL distilled water to a final antibody concentration of about 1 mg/mL. To use this carrier-free antibody for conjugation experiments, we strongly recommend performing another round of desalting. (Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7KMWCO, 0.5 mL, Product # 89882)
Target Information
RNA-binding protein implicated in the regulation of pre-mRNA alternative splicing. Mediates exon inclusion and/or exclusion in pre-mRNA that are subject to tissue-specific and developmentally regulated alternative splicing. Specifically activates exon 5 inclusion of TNNT2 in a muscle-specific splicing enhancer (MSE)-dependent manner. Promotes also exon exclusion of INSR pre-mRNA.
