PA1-21141 detects Caspase 9 in human, mouse, rat, ovine, and bovine samples.
PA1-21141 has been successfully used in immunohistochemistry (paraffin) procedures. For IHC (p) staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires boiling tissue sections in 10mM citrate buffer, p.H. 6.0 for 10 minutes followed by cooling at room temperature for 20 minutes.
