MA1-91087 detects Chk1 from human, mouse, and rat samples.
MA1-91087 has been successfully used in immunohistochemistry (paraffin tissue), immunoprecipitation, and Western blot applications. Heat in a microwave oven, twice for 10 minutes in citrate buffer, pH 6.5.
The MA1-91087 immunogen is recombinant full length protein (Human).
