MA1-91087 detects Chk1 from human, mouse, and rat samples.
MA1-91087 has been successfully used in immunohistochemistry (paraffin tissue), immunoprecipitation, and Western blot applications. Heat in a microwave oven, twice for 10 minutes in citrate buffer, pH 6.5.
The MA1-91087 immunogen is recombinant full length protein (Human).
Store at 4°C short term. For extended storage, aliquot and store at -20°C. It is not recommended to store below -20°C. Avoid freeze/thaw cycles.
For Research Use Only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures. Not for resale without express authorization.
Centrosomal Che-1 protein is involved in the regulation of mitosis and DNA damage response by mediating pericentrin (PCNT)-dependent Chk1 protein localization.
MA1-91087 was used in western blot the study the mechanism by which centrosomal Che-1 regulates the DNA damage response and mitosis
