The MA1-7335 antibody reacts with Chlamydia trachomatis MOMP in bacterial and infected tissue samples. MA1-7335 shows no reactivity with C. pneumoniae.
MA1-7335 has been successfully used in ELISA, Immunofluorescence and Immunohistochemical applications. Acetone fixation is recommended prior to staining.
