PA1-10839 detects Chromogranin B from human, rat, and mouse samples.
PA1-10839 has been successfully used in Western blot and immunohistochemistry applications.
The PA1-10839 immunogen is a synthetic peptide, conjugated to ovalbumin, corresponding to the 15 most C-terminal residues of chromogranin B.
Chromogranin B is a tyrosine sulfated secretory protein found in a wide variety of peptidergic endocrine cells. Chromogranin functions as a neuroendocrine secretory granule protein which may be the precursor for other biologically active peptides.
For Research Use Only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures. Not for resale without express authorization.
