MA1-70057 detects Complement Factor H in human samples.
MA1-70057 has been successfully used in flow cytometry, ELISA, immunoprecipitation and Western blot procedures.
The MA1-70057 immunogen is human complement Factor H.
Store at 4°C. For long term storage, aliquot and freeze unused portion at -20°C in volumes appropriat for single usage. Avoid freeze/thaw cycles.
Factor H is a regulatory factor of the alternative complement pathway. Factor H is a glycoprotein consisting of a single polypeptide chain with molecular mass of ~155 kDa. Human plasma concentration is approximately 500 µg/ml.
