DIS3L2 Antibody in Western Blot (WB) — Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 67623-1-Ig (DIS3L2 antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

DIS3L2 Antibody in Flow Cytometry (Flow) — 1X10^6 Jurkat cells were stained with 0.2 µg Anti-Human DIS3L2 (67623-1-Ig, Clone:2C9F2) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L) at dilution 1:1000 (green), and 0.2 µg Control Antibody. Cells were fixed with 90% MeOH.

Target Information

DIS3L2 encodes a protein that is similar in sequence to 3'/5' exonucleolytic subunits of the RNA exosome. The exosome is a large multimeric ribonucleotide complex responsible for degrading various RNA substrates. Several transcript variants, some protein-coding and some not, have been found for this gene.
