Immunohistochemical analysis of Endophilin-A1/SH3GL2 in paraffin-embedded human cerebral cortex following steamed antigen retrieval with a citrate buffer, pH 6, using an Endophilin-A1/SH3GL2 polyclonal antibody (Product# PA5-37886) at a dilution of 5ug/ml. Detection was performed using an AP-conjugated secondary antibody.
