Western blot analysis of Enterovirus 71 3C using A) 20 µg RD whole cell lysate and B) 20 µg whole cell lysate of Enterovirus 71 (EV71) infected RD cells. Samples were loaded onto a 12% SDS-PAGE gel and probed with an Enterovirus 71 3C monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-18283) at a dilution of 1:5000.
