FGF16 Antibody (MA5-55757) in WB
Western blot analysis of FGF16 in 25 ng of recombinant human FGF16 . Sample was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane, and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. FGF16 band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Incubation with primary FGF16 monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-55757) at a dilution of 1 µg/mL was used.

Target Information
FGF-16 is a heparin-binding growth factor that is a member of the FGF family. Proteins of this family play a central role during prenatal development, postnatal growth and regeneration of a variety of tissues, by promoting cellular proliferation and differentiation. FGF-16 signals through FGFR 2c and 3c. FGF-16 plays a role in the development of the central nervous system.
