Western blot analysis of FIP200/RB1CC1 using A) 30 µg 293T whole cell lysate and B) 30 µg whole cell lysate of human FIP200-transfected 293T cells. Samples were loaded onto a 5% SDS-PAGE gel and probed with a FIP200/RB1CC1 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-35961) at a dilution of 1:5000.
