PA5-28764 targets FSH Receptor in WB applications and shows reactivity with Human samples.
The PA5-28764 immunogen is synthetic peptide corresponding to a region within amino acids 631 and 695 of Human FSH Receptor.
The protein encoded by this gene belongs to family 1 of G-protein coupled receptors. It is the receptor for follicle stimulating hormone and functions in gonad development. Alternative splicing occurs at this locus and two transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms have been identified.
