MA5-11981 targets Fibronectin in IF, WB and IHC (P) applications and shows reactivity with Human, mouse, and Rat samples.
The MA5-11981 immunogen is recombinant fibronectin protein.
Fibronectin is a dimeric glycoprotein which is present in cells, extracellular matrix, and blood. It possesses at least four binding sites for collagen, glycosaminoglycans, transglutaminase, and a cell surface receptor. Fibronectin is involved in cell adhesion, tissue organization, and wound healing.
