PA1-20472 detects G Protein-Coupled Receptor TM7XN1 in Human samples.
PA1-20472 has been successfully used in Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin) procedures.
PA1-20472 immunogen corresponds to Synthetic peptide (aa sequence is considered to be commercially sensitive).
TM7XN1 has been reported to be expressed in brain, heart, and thyroid. ESTs have been isolated from a wide variety of tissue libraries. Results show that mutations in TM7XN1 cause a human brain cortical malformation called bilateral frontoparietal polymicrogyria (BFPP); data suggest that TM7XN1 signaling plays an essential role in regional development of human cerebral cortex.
