GPKOW Antibody (68338-1-IG) in WB
Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 68338-1-Ig (GPKOW antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. The membrane was stripped and reblotted with HRP-conjugated GAPDH Monoclonal antibody (HRP-60004) as loading control.

Target Information
This gene encodes a putative RNA-binding protein containing G-patch and KOW (Kyprides, Ouzounis, Woese) domains. The encoded protein interacts directly with protein kinase A and protein kinase X and is also found associated with the spliceosome.
