GPR34 Antibody in Immunocytochemistry (ICC/IF) — Immunocytochemical analysis of GPR34 was detected in immersion fixed A172 human glioblastoma cell line using mouse Anti-human GPR34 Monoclonal Antibody (Product # MA5-24155) at 10 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature. Cells were stained using the 557-conjugated Anti-mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (re and counterstained with DAPI (blue).

GPR34 Antibody in Flow Cytometry (Flow) — Flow cytometric analysis of A172 human glioblastoma cell line was stained with mouse Anti-human GPR34 Monoclonal Antibody (Product # MA5-24155) or isotype control antibodyopen histogram), followed by Phycoerythrin-conjugated Anti-mouse IgG F (ab')2 Secondary Antibody. To facilitate intracellular staining, cells were fixed with paraformaldehyde and permeabilized with saponin.

These proteins mediate signals to the interior of the cell via activation of heterotrimeric G proteins that in turn activate various effector proteins, ultimately resulting in a physiologic response.
