The MA1-25980 immunogen is a recombinant fragment corresponding to residues 7-227 of human Granzyme B.
Granzymes are exogenous serine proteases that are stored in the cytotoxic granules of activated T cells and NK cells. MA1-17752 was generated by genetic immunisation and reacts with human granzyme B (GrB), a 27 kDa serine protease which cleaves target-cell proteins at specific aspartate residues.
