MA1-26455 detects Granzyme B from human and rat samples. MA1-26455 will not react with mouse.
MA1-26455 has been successfully used in Western blot procedures.
Granzymes are exogenous serine proteases that are stored in the cytotoxic granules of activated T cells and NK cells. MA1-17752 was generated by genetic immunisation and reacts with human granzyme B (GrB), a 27 kDa serine protease which cleaves target-cell proteins at specific aspartate residues.
