The PA1-29751 immunogen is from rabbits that were immunized with HA-tag conjugated to KLH. After multiple immunizations in Freunds adjuvant, serum was collected. Antibodies were immunoaffinity purified using the peptide conjugated to a solid-phase support then conjugated with HRP (horseradish Peroxidase).
