Immunofluorescent analysis of HSD3a showing staining in the cytoplasm and nucleus of A431 cells. A431 cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min and stained using a HSD3a polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-21501) diluted at 1:500. Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.
