MA1-10857 detects IL-1 Receptor from human samples.
MA1-10857 has been successfully used in ELISA, radioimmune assays, and immunohistochemistry applications.
The MA1-10857 immunogen is recombinant extracellular domain of the type I human IL-1 receptor.
The IL-1 system includes two agonists (IL-1· and IL-1"e;), converting enzymes, antagonists, two receptors (IL-1 RI and IL-1 RII) and the IL-1 receptor accessory protein. Interleukin-1 signal is transduced through the type I receptor.
