293T cells were infected with influenza PR8 virus (moi 0.001) for 24hours. Cells were harvested for FACS analysis. Anti-Influenza A NP Monoclonal Antibody, FITC Conjugate (cat# MA1-7322) was used at dilutions of 1:10, 1:20 and 1:40 to stain for influenza NP in these samples. The MA1-7322 antibody reacts with Influenza A virus NP in viral and infected tissue samples.
MA1-7322 has been successfully used in immunofluorescence, FACS, and ELISA applications. The recommended starting dilution is 1:5 - 1:20 but optimal dilution should be determined by the end user. Acetone fixation of the antigen source is recommended prior to staining.
