KIF6 Antibody (TA811821) in WB
HEK293T cells were transfected with the pCMV6-ENTRY control (Left lane) or pCMV6-ENTRY KIF6 (RC214978, Right lane) cDNA for 48 hrs and lysed. Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (5 µg per lane) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-KIF6. (1. Positive lysates LY408088 (100 µg) and LC408088 (20 µg) can be purchased separately from OriGene.

KIF6 belongs to the kinesin-like protein family. There are four named isoforms. The KIF6 719Arg variant has been associated with an increased risk of coronary disease and an increased response to statin therapy.
