This antibody reacts with an extracellular domain of KIR2DL3 but does not recognize related KIR2DL family members KIR2DL1 and KIR2DS4.
Reconstitute with 1 ml of distilled water. After reconstitution, store product undiluted at 4°C in the dark.
For FACS analysis, use 10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 1x10^6 cells in 100ul.
KIR2DL3 is a 58kDa glycoprotein that is a member of the immunoglobulin-like receptor (KIR) family also known as CD158b. CD158b is primarily expressed on a subset of natural killer (NK) cells and functions as a receptor that binds to HLA class I molecules, including HLA-Cw3 and related HLA-C alleles.
