KLF2 Antibody in Immunocytochemistry (ICC/IF) — Immunocytochemical analysis of KLF2 was detected in immersion fixed BG01V human embryonic stem cells using human KLF2 Monoclonal Antibody (Product # MA5-24300) at 10 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature. Cells were stained using the 557-conjugated Anti-mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (red, upper pane and counterstained with DAPI (blue, lower panel). Specific staining was localized to nuclei.

KLF2 Antibody in Flow Cytometry (Flow) — Flow cytometric analysis of BG01V human embryonic stem cells were stained with mouse Anti-human KLF2 Monoclonal Antibody (Product # MA5-24300) or isotype control antibodyopen histogram), followed by Allophycocyanin-conjugated Anti-mouse IgG Secondary Antibody. To facilitate intracellular staining, cells were fixed with paraformaldehyde and permeabilized with saponin.

In direct ELISAs, less than 10% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) KLF17 and no cross-reactivity with rhKLF1, 4, 5, 6, 10, 12, 17, recombinant mouse KLF4 or 15 is observed.

Reconstitute in sterile PBS to a final concentration of 0.5 mg/mL.

Target Information

KLF2 belongs to the krueppel C2H2-type zinc-finger protein family. It contains 3 C2H2-type zinc fingers. KLF2 binds to the CACCC box in the beta-globin gene promoter and activates transcription.
