LILRA5 Antibody (MA5-24330) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemistry analysis of LILRA5 in immersion fixed human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs). Samples were incubated in LILRA5 monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-24330) using a dilution of 10 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature followed by NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (red) and counterstained with DAPI (blue). Specific staining was localized to surface.

In direct ELISAs, no cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse ILT11/LILRA5, recombinant rat (rr) ILT11/LILRA5, rrLILRC2, recombinant human (rh) ILT4/CD85d, rhILT5/CD85a, or rhILT3/CD85k is observed.
Reconstitute in sterile PBS to a final concentration of 0.5 mg/mL.
Target Information
May play a role in triggering innate immune responses. Does not seem to play a role for any class I MHC antigen recognition.
