Predicted band size: 26 kDa. Observed band size: 26 kDa.

Latexin Antibody in Immunoprecipitation (IP) — Latexin Immunoprecipitation using: Lane A: 0.5 mg MCF-7 Whole Cell Lysate 0.5 µL with Latexin Monoclonal Antibody (8E1G6C1D4) (Product # MA5-29405) and 15 µL of 50 % Protein G agarose. Primary antibody: Latexin Monoclonal Antibody (8E1G6C1D4), at 1:500 dilution. Secondary antibody: Dylight 800-labeled antibody to Mouse IgG (H+L), at 1:7,500 dilution. Developed using the Odyssey technique. Performed under reducing conditions. Predicted band size: 25.7 kDa. Observed band size: 27 kDa.
