MA5-13235 targets DNA-PKcs in IF, IHC (P), IP, and WB applications and shows reactivity with Human and Rat samples.
The MA5-13235 immunogen is human DNA-dependent Protein Kinase purified from HeLa cells.
DNA-dependent Protein Kinase (DNA-PKcs) phosphorylates transcription factors, including Sp1, Oct-1, p53, and SV40 large T antigen in vitro. In vivo, it is involved in repairing double strand DNA breaks.
