MA5-15345 targets MYST1 in IF, IHC, and WB applications and shows reactivity with Human samples.
The MA5-15345 immunogen is purified recombinant fragment of human MYST1 expressed in E. Coli.
MA5-15345 detects MYST1 which has a predicted molecular weight of approximately 53kDa.
The MYST family of histone acetyltransferases, which includes MYST1, is named for the founding members MOZ , yeast YBF2 and SAS2, and TIP60 . All members of this family contain a MYST region of about 240 amino acids with a canonical acetyl-CoA-binding site and a C2HC-type zinc finger motif. Most MYST proteins also have a chromodomain involved in protein-protein interactions and targeting transcriptional regulators to chromatin .

Modulation of chromatin remodelling induced by the freshwater cyanotoxin cylindrospermopsin in human intestinal caco-2 cells.
MA5-15345 was used in immunocytochemistry to study the effect of the freshwater cyanotoxin cylindrospermopsin on chromatin remodelling
