Endogenous Tubulin (red) was labeled with Mouse anti-Tubulin primary antibody (322500) (1 ug/ml) in U20S human osteocarcinoma cells and visualized using Goat anti-mouse IgG (H+L) Superclonal™ Secondary Antibody, Alexa Fluor® 555 conjugate (A28180) (0.4 ug/ml, 1:2500). Nuclei (blue) were stained with SlowFade® Gold Antifade Mountant using DAPI (S36938) (1:50).
