HeLa cells were transduced with CellLight® Nucleus-GFP(C10602), grown over night, and fixed, permeabilized and blocked using the Image-iT Fixation/Permeabilization Kit (R37602). Mitochondria are labeled with mouse anti-ATP synthase subunit IF1 monoclonal antibody (A21355) and detected with ReadyProbes™ Alexa Fluor® 594 Donkey Anti–Mouse IgG Antibody(R37115). Nuclei were stained with NucBlue Fixed (R37606).

This antibody shows minimum cross-reactivity to bovine, chicken, goat, guinea pig, hamster, horse, human, rabbit, rat, and sheep serum proteins. Like other ReadyProbes reagents, Alexa Fluor 594 Donkey anti-Mouse IgG Antibody comes in a convenient dropper bottle. No pipetting or dilutions required. Just tip and drip two drops per ml buffer to stain your cells.
Anti-Mouse secondary antibodies are affinity-purified antibodies with well-characterized specificity for mouse immunoglobulins and are useful in the detection, sorting or purification of its specified target. Secondary antibodies offer increased versatility enabling users to use many detection systems (e.g. HRP, AP, fluorescence). They can also provide greater sensitivity through signal amplification as multiple secondary antibodies can bind to a single primary antibody. Most commonly, secondary antibodies are generated by immunizing the host animal with a pooled population of immunoglobulins from the target species and can be further purified and modified (i.e. immunoaffinity chromatography, antibody fragmentation, label conjugation, etc.) to generate highly specific reagents.
