PA5-31024 targets Musashi 2 in IHC (P) and WB applications and shows reactivity with Human and mouse samples.
The PA5-31024 immunogen is recombinant fragment corresponding to a region within amino acids 1 and 217 of Human Musashi 2.
This gene encodes a protein containing two conserved tandem RNA recognition motifs. Similar proteins in other species function as RNA-binding proteins and play central roles in posttranscriptional gene regulation. Two transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms have been identified for this gene.
