Myosin Heavy Chain Antibody (MA5-35613) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry analysis of Myosin Heavy Chain in paraffin-embedded mouse heart. Samples were incubated with Myosin Heavy Chain Monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-35613) using a dilution of 1:100 (40x lens). Perform microwave antigen retrieval with 10 mM PBS buffer pH 7.2 before commencing with IHC staining protocol.
