NDUFC1 Antibody in Immunocytochemistry (ICC/IF) — Immunofluorescent analysis of NDUFC1 in HeLa cells. Samples were fixed with paraformaldehyde, permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100, blocked with 10% serum (45 min at 25°C), incubated with mouse anti-beta tubulin and NDUFC1 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-103950) using a dilution of 1:200 (1 hr, 37°C), and followed by goat anti-rabbit IgG Alexa Fluor 594 (red) and goat anti-mouse IgG Alexa Fluor 488 (green).

NDUFC1 Antibody in Western Blot (WB) — Western blot analysis of NDUFC1 in Jurkat cell lysate. Samples were incubated with NDUFC1 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-103950).

Target Information

Accessory subunit of the mitochondrial membrane respiratory chain NADH dehydrogenase (Complex I), that is believed not to be involved in catalysis. Complex I functions in the transfer of electrons from NADH to the respiratory chain. The immediate electron acceptor for the enzyme is believed to be ubiquinone.
