Western blot of NFATC3/NFAT4 in Jurkat nuclear lysate was performed using 35ug protein in RIPA buffer. Lysates were probed with a NFATC3/NFAT4 polyclonal antibody (Product# PA5-37876) at a dilution of 0.03ug/ml and incubated for 1 hour, followed by chemiluminescent detection.
