MA1-20167 detects p75 NGF receptor in human, feline, and porcine samples. This antibody does not cross-react with mouse, rat, or chicken p75 NGF receptors.
MA1-20167 has been successfully used in ELISA, FACS, immunohistochemistry (paraffin), immunoprecipitation, and Western blot procedures.
The MA1-20167 immunogen is human melanoma cell line, WM245. The epitope is known to be located within the third or fourth cystine-rich repeats of the NGFR molecule.
Store product as a concentrated solution. Centrifuge briefly prior to opening the vial. For short-term storage (1-2 weeks), product can be stored at 4°C. For long-term storage, aliquot and store product at -20° C or below, avioiding multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
