NONO Antibody in Western Blot (WB) — HEK293T cells were transfected with the pCMV6-ENTRY control (Left lane) or pCMV6-ENTRY NONO (RC206688, Right lane) cDNA for 48 hrs and lysed. Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (5 µg per lane) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-NONO. Positive lysates LY402135 (100 µg) and LC402135 (20 µg) can be purchased separately from OriGene.

NONO Antibody in Flow Cytometry (Flow) — HEK293T cells transfected with either RC206688 overexpress plasmid (Red) or empty vector control plasmid (Blue) were immunostained by anti-NONO antibody (TA504777), and then analyzed by flow cytometry.

Target Information

This gene encodes an RNA-binding protein which plays various roles in the nucleus, including transcriptional regulation and RNA splicing. A rearrangement between this gene and the transcription factor E3 gene has been observed in papillary renal cell carcinoma. Alternatively spliced transcript variants have been described. Pseudogenes exist on Chromosomes 2 and 16.
