MA1-10025 detects Yeast NOP-1 from S. cerevisiae samples and does not cross-react with fibrillarin in other species.
For chemiluminescent Western blot using yeast samples, use a dilution of 1:10,000 for cell lysates and 1:25,000 for nuclear fractions. For non-ECL detection methods, use a dilution of 1:1000-1:5000.
Nop1p is the yeast homologue of human fibrillarin, a component of the nucleolar small nuclear ribonucleoprotein (snRNP) particle.
For Research Use Only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures. Not for resale without express authorization.
