PA1-18309 detects Neurokinin-3 Receptor from rat samples.
PA1-18309 has been successfully used in Western blot procedures.
The PA1-18309 immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to the C-terminal residues A(434) S T T S S F I S S P Y T S V D E Y S(452) of rat NK-3 receptor protein, conjugated to KLH.
After reconstitution keep aliquots at -20° for a higher stability, and at 4°C with an appropriate antibacterial agent. Glycerol (1:1) may be added for an additional stability. Avoid repetitive freeze/thaw cycles.
Reconstitute with 100 ul of distilled water.
This is a receptor for the tachykinin neuropeptide neuromedin K (neurokinin B). It is associated with G proteins that activate a phosphatidylinositol-calcium second messenger system.
