PA1-29513 detects Neuropilin 1 from human, rat, and mouse samples.
PA1-29513 has been successfully used in immunohistochemistry (frozen and paraffin tissue), Western blot applications. This antibody recognizes a 130 kDa protein from mouse and rat brain tissue extract in western blot.
The PA1-29513 immunogen is a synthetic peptide TDLDKKNTEIKIDET, corresponding to C terminal amino acids 813 - 827 of Rat Neuropilin 1.
Store product as a concentrated solution. Centrifuge briefly prior to opening the vial. For short-term storage (1-2 weeks), product can be stored at 4°C. For long-term storage, aliquot and store product at -20° C or below, avioiding multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
