Ninjurin 2 Antibody (PA5-47692) in WB
Western blot analysis of Ninjurin 2 in NTera‚2 human testicular embryonic carcinoma cell line, mouse spleen tissue and rat thymus tissue. Samples were incubated in Ninjurin 2 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-47692) using a dilution of 1 µg/mL followed by a HRP-conjugated Anti-Sheep IgG secondary antibody. A specific band was detected for Ninjurin‚2 at approximately 26 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions.
