MA1-26528 has been successfully used in immunoprecipitation, immunocytochemistry, immunohistochemistry, flow cytometry, and Western blot procedures.
The MA1-26528 immunogen is SDS-solubilized plasma membranes of a multidrug resistant Chinese hamster ovary (CHO) cell line and a human cell line. This antibody recognizes a highly conserved internal sequence (VQEALD & VQAALD) corresponding to the C- & N-terminal regions, respectively, from both MDR1 & MDR3 isoforms of P Glycoprotein.
