MA1-26530 detects P Glycoprotein from human samples, and is expected to cross-react with most mammal due to the strongly conserved nature of the epitope. This antibody does not cross react with MDR3.
MA1-26530 has been successfully used in ELISA, immunohistochemistry (FFPE), immunoprecipitation, and Western blot procedures. This antibody is known to cross-react with Pyruvate Carboxylase in Western blot (130 kDa) and tissue immunostaining.
