PA5-27493 targets LMO1 in WB applications and shows reactivity with Human, Rat, and mouse samples.
The PA5-27493 immunogen is recombinant fragment corresponding to a region within amino acids 1 and 156 of Human LMO1.
Store product as a concentrated solution. Centrifuge briefly prior to opening the vial. For short-term storage (1-2 weeks), product can be stored at 4°C. For long-term storage, aliquot and store product at -20° C or below, avioiding multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
LMO1 enocdes a cysteine-rich, two LIM domain transcriptional regulator. It is mapped to an area of consistent chromosomal translocation in chromosome 11, disrupting it in T-cell leukemia, although more rarely than the related gene, LMO2 is disrupted.
