PA5-29271 targets ATP6V0A2 in WB applications and shows reactivity with Human samples.
The PA5-29271 immunogen is recombinant fragment corresponding to a region within amino acids 81 and 349 of Human ATP6V0A2.
Store product as a concentrated solution. Centrifuge briefly prior to opening the vial. For short-term storage (1-2 weeks), product can be stored at 4°C. For long-term storage, aliquot and store product at -20° C or below, avioiding multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
The multisubunit vacuolar-type proton pump (H(+)-ATPase or V-ATPase) is essential for acidification of diverse cellular components, including endosomes, lysosomes, clathrin-coated vesicles, secretory vesicles, and chromaffin granules, and it is found at high density in the plasma membrane of certain specialized cells. H(+)-ATPases are comprised of a peripheral V(1) domain and an integral membrane V(0) domain; ATP6V0A2 is a component of the V(0) domain (Smith et al., 2003 [PubMed 14580332]).
