PA5-31365 targets NDOR1 in IHC (P) and WB applications and shows reactivity with Human samples.
The PA5-31365 immunogen is recombinant fragment corresponding to a region within amino acids 162 and 406 of Human NDOR1.
Store product as a concentrated solution. Centrifuge briefly prior to opening the vial. For short-term storage (1-2 weeks), product can be stored at 4°C. For long-term storage, aliquot and store product at -20° C or below, avioiding multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
This gene encodes an NADPH-dependent diflavin reductase that contains both flavin mononucleotide (FMN) and flavin adenine dinucleotide (FAD) binding domains. The encoded protein is an enzyme that catalyzes the transfers electrons from NADPH through FAD and FMN cofactors to potential redox partners. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants.
