ZCCHC7 Antibody in Western Blot (WB) — Western blot analysis of ZCCHC7 using ZCCHC7 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-54327) (A) shows similar pattern to an independent ZCCHC7 Polyclonal Antibody (B).

ZCCHC7 Antibody — Antibody specificity was demonstrated by siRNA mediated knockdown of target protein. A-431 were transfected with, control siRNA, ZCCHC7 siRNA (probe #1), and ZCCHC7 siRNA (probe #2) and a decrease in signal intensity was observed in Western Blot application using anti-ZCCHC7 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-54327) used at a dilution of 0.4 µg/ml.
