Samples: Whole cell lysate (50 µg) from BW5147.3, EL4, mIMCD-3, RenCa, NIH 3T3, TCMK-1, C2C12, A20, Ba/F3, and CH27 cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibody: Rabbit anti-PBRM1 recombinant monoclonal antibody [BL-39-2C3] (Product # A700-019 lot 4) used at 1:1000. Secondary: HRP-conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG (A120-101P). Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds. Lower Panel: Rabbit anti-COPB2 antibody (Product # A304-523A).

PBRM1 Antibody in Flow Cytometry (Flow) — Detection of human PBRM1 (shaded) in Jurkat cells by flow cytometry. Antibody: Rabbit anti-PBRM1 recombinant monoclonal [BL-39-2C3] (Product # A700-019; lot 4) or isotype control (unshaded). Secondary: DyLight® 488-conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG (Product # A120-101D2).

PBRM1 Antibody in Immunoprecipitation (IP) — Detection of human PBRM1 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from 293T cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Rabbit anti-PBRM1 recombinant monoclonal antibody [BL-39-2C3] (Product # A700-019 lot 4) used for IP at 5 µL/mg lysate. PBRM1 was also immunoprecipitated by a previous lot of this antibody (lot A700-019-3). For blotting immunoprecipitated PBRM1 (Product # A700-019) was used at 1:1000. Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 10 seconds.
